Ella Elbin

The studio, as listed on the front, is Baker Art Studio in Barnesville, OH.  John W's is the only Elbin family I know to have lived during the time the photo was taken ( dated June 6, 1911) in that area.    On the back is an inscription to her grandma (possibly in WV) and it's signed "Ella Elbin." 

John William ELBIN was born 13 Oct 1857 and died 15 Feb 1938. He is believed to be buried in Marysville, Union County, Ohio. He married Nancy Ellen HENRY who was born 9 Apr 1864 in Sugar Grove, Greene, Pennsylvania. They had at least eight children.

1. Charles ELBIN was born 8 Oct 1883 in Sugar Grove, Greene, Pennsylvania, and died 9 Oct 1936.
2. Quinnie ELBIN was born 20 Mar 1885 in , Greene, Pennsylvania, and died Apr 1931. She married A. W. DUGGINS Jun 1928.
3. Elizabeth ELBIN was born 10 Apr 1887 in , Greene, Pennsylvania. She married A. W. DUGGINS Jun 1928.
4. William Henry ELBIN was born 22 Jun 1889 in , Greene, Pennsylvania, and died 17 Feb 1910. He married Mary JAMES Feb 1910.
5. Amy Ellen ELBIN was born 22 May 1888 in , Greene County, Pennsylvania, and died 18 Feb 1979.
6. Hannah Grace ELBIN was born 4 Jul 1893 in Alleppo Twp., Greene, Pennsylvania. She married J. L. BURSON Nov 1916.
7. Frankie Belle ELBIN was born 11 Dec 1896 in , Greene, Pennsylvania, and died 16 Nov 1934.
8. Omar ELBIN was born 24 Jul 1898 in Alleppo Twp., Greene, Pennsylvania. He married Janet PERKINS 20 Jul 1930.

In the 1910 Census, the family was living in Warren Township, Belmont County, Ohio. In the 1920 Census, the family was living in Paris Township, Union County, Ohio. Was the young woman in the photograph shown above, one of the daughters of John William Elbin? Can you identify her?
