Tazwell Chilton Lavinder was born 8 Jan 1837 in Franklin County, Virginia the son of John Lavinder and his wife, Mary. On 8 Dec 1858, he married Martha Parcell who was born on 9 May 1837 in Franklin County, Virginia. Martha died on 8 Dec 1899 and Tazwell died on 31 May 1910.
Apparently only one of their children, Tilman C. Lavinder (Coon) is buried in this cemetery. Tillman was born 2 Mar 1871 in Franklin County, Virginia and died 28 Jul 1946.
